You can easily alter the duration of any bill you choose.

If you’re setting up a new bill, we will work out the duration based on your payment history, as long as the biller is auto-detect.

If you manually added the bill, click on the duration field and select ‘on’ for predefined values.Then, change the next bill date if needed and click ‘confirm’.

When the bill has already been set up, select it straight from your Bills dashboard, and follow the same instructions as shown above.


Steps for when a bill is already set up but the bill duration has changed:

  1. Go to the Settings menu  

Step 2: Select Bills 

Step 3: Select the on the bill you want to change

Step 4: Select the on the duration field update to any of the predefined fields

Step 5: Select the Next Due field and update to the next billing date

Step 6: Don't forget to confirm your changes by selecting 'Update' in the top right hand corner
